Do you only work with certain industries?
No — we work with any small business, but we specialise in small business support specifically.
What's your response time for support issues?
A 4-hour SLA during business hours.
Do you charge a flat rate or by the hour?
By the hour for support, and by quote for projects — always agreed in advance before work starts.
Can you just fix one thing, or do we need an ongoing contract?
For a single job, we'll send an indicative hourly estimate and agreement and work on that basis. For ongoing support, it's billed monthly at the end of each period.
Do you work with businesses outside Auckland?
Yes — on-site support is based in Auckland, and remote support is available anywhere in New Zealand.
What if we already have a website or IT setup — can you just take over support?
Yes — we regularly take over support for existing setups, websites, and infrastructure.
