Do you come to me, or do I drop the computer off?
Either. We do on-site repairs across Auckland — at your home or office — and many software issues can be fixed remotely without a visit at all. If a repair needs bench time, we'll arrange pickup or drop-off.
My computer is really slow. Is it worth fixing or should I replace it?
Often it's worth fixing — a solid-state drive upgrade or a proper cleanup can make a five-year-old machine feel new. We'll always tell you honestly when replacement is the better value, and can help you choose and set up the new machine if so.
Can you recover files from a dead computer?
In most cases, yes. Even when a machine won't start, the data on the drive is usually recoverable. The sooner you stop using a failing drive, the better the odds — get in touch before trying fixes yourself.
Do you fix Macs as well as Windows PCs?
