My WiFi doesn't reach parts of the house. What's the fix?
It depends on the house — sometimes it's repositioning the router, sometimes a mesh system or a wired access point. We assess the actual layout and building materials rather than just selling you more boxes, and quote the fix that suits your place.
Can you install a new router my ISP sent me?
Yes — router installs are one of our most common small jobs. We'll get it connected, secured with proper passwords, and make sure everything in the house reconnects, usually within the hour.
Do you do network cabling?
Yes — ethernet cabling for homes and offices, including tidy runs to TVs, offices, and access points. For larger cabling jobs we'll scope it on-site and quote a fixed price.
We're getting fibre installed. Can you set everything up after?
Absolutely. Once the fibre company has done their part, we handle everything inside — router, WiFi coverage, connecting all your devices, and making sure the connection is actually delivering the speed you're paying for.
